CA. Milind Gramopaddhye (M.com, LL.B(Gen), FCA)

CA. Milind Gramopaddhye is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) since 1991. He has vast experience in consultancy of direct taxes, audits, FCRA consultancy and handling corporate affairs in different areas. He was associated with Pune Branch of W.I.R.C. of I.C.A.I. in capacity as Secretary, Vice- Chairman and Chairman in the year 2009-10. He was also Secretary of Pune Chartered Accountants’ Society for three years. He is an approved CPE resource person and faculty on various platforms and Institutes on the subject of professional interest. He has written various articles on professional subjects in newspapers.

CA. Vrushali Nalavade (M.com, FCA)

CA. Vrushali Nalavade is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) since 2003. She has vast experience in bank audits, audits of insurance companies, internal audits, stock audits, project finance and consultancy of direct taxes, compliances under direct and indirect taxes, payroll assignments, .

CA. Vishal Kotalwar (B.com, ACA)

CA. Vishal Kotalwar is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) since 2012. He has experience in Direct Tax and Indirect Taxes, its compliances, LBT of Maharashtra, NRI services, corporate finance, VAT Audits, stock audits, concurrent audits of banks, project finance and CMI data consultancy, business valuation, share valuation, Trust and Institutes Audits. He was Treasurer of WICASA of Pune Branch of I.C.A.I. during 2009-10.

CS Rahul Kandharkar is a member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He is in practice since 2013 and has experience in consultancy and compliance under Corporate Laws, Limited Liability Partnership Act and Foreign Exchange Management Act.
